Description: About The Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator - Medical to join our Corporate Sales team in Ingleburn, Sydney. This role supports the growth of Supagas’ domestic medical gas business, by working with our branch network and Medical Sales team to engage with customers, identify opportunities, and drive growth through phone-based selling and exceptional customer service. This position is an office-based, suited to those who excel in a fast-paced sales and enjoys building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities within the domestic medical sector. Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, including cold calling and follow-ups. Attend to all sales leads in accordance with Medical Sales guidelines. Achieve medical sales, gross margin, and KPI targets in line with the Medical Sales Strategy. Complete supply agreements for new, proactive, and change-of-ownership customers. Ensure new customer onboarding is completed accurately and in line with Supagas processes. Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and sales activity reporting. Provide product and technical sales support to internal teams and external customers. Address customer queries and issues quickly and professionally. Support sales promotions, campaigns, and advertising initiatives. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
