Hands‑on Administration Manager position supporting daily retail centre operations. Work closely with Centre Management in a fast phased shopping centre. Who we’re looking for? Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior administration role, ideally within a retail or shopping centre environment Strong financial and accounting skills, including accounts receivable Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and attention‑to‑detail skills Self‑motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision The role We’re excited to grow our on‑site team to welcome an experienced Administration Manager to join us in Tweet Heads South. In this role, you’ll be a valued member of the Centre Management team, taking ownership of the day‑to‑day administrative operations that support the success of Tweed City Shopping Centre. Key Responsibilities Manage lease and rent roll administration, including critical dates and reviews Oversee rent collection, debt management, arrears reporting, and account reconciliations Maintain records, audits, document control, and retailer sales data reporting Support internal reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with centre retailers About Knight Frank Knight Frank Australia is part of the world’s largest privately owned property consultancy.
