This portfolio includes innovative implants, fixation systems, and biologics designed to restore mobility and improve patient outcomes. This position supports our full time team, and has flexible work across weekdays, weekends, and occasional on-call shifts to meet hospital needs. About the Role: Provide expert clinical support during Foot & Ankle procedures, ensuring surgeons have the confidence and tools to deliver the best results. Educate and train healthcare professionals on our advanced portfolio, including solutions for fractures, deformity correction, and ligament repair. Act as a trusted partner in the OR, delivering technical expertise and exceptional service. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Experience: Background in allied health, nursing, or similar clinical experience. Strong understanding of anatomy and surgical procedures (orthopaedics preferred). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work across multiple hospitals in Sydney with flexibility for weekends and on-call.
