As the Senior Legal Support Officer, you provide essential administrative and paralegal support to assist in delivering the Agency’s legal services and information release functions. Your key duties will include providing executive assistance to the Director of the unit, conducting research, analysis and advice, preparing statutory instruments, legal and ministerial briefs, and assisting with the delivery of legal services. To excel in this complex supporting role, it is essential you have demonstrated paralegal / administrative experience at a senior level within a legal, government or professional services environment. Sound knowledge of legislative interpretation, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively is crucial.
