Join Corrs as a Part-Time Casual HR Administrator! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time casual basis in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload across recruitment support, HR systems administration, and project-based initiatives, and who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will provide hands-on support to our HR and hiring teams, helping us deliver a high-quality employee and candidate experience. About the Opportunity As a part-time casual HR Administrator, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including LinkedIn sourcing and shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks. You will also maintain accurate employee records and data in our HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Beyond day-to-day administration, you will contribute to discrete HR projects such as process improvements, policy updates, onboarding enhancements, employee engagement initiatives, and reporting. What You'll do You will manage candidate pipelines by proactively sourcing on LinkedIn, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and performing reference checks in line with policy. You will administer and update our HR systems and employee files, track compliance and training, and support reporting and analytics. You will partner with the team on project work that may include digitizing processes, supporting change initiatives, assisting with policy reviews, coordinating survey activities, and improving templates and workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency. Who we're looking for You bring experience in HR administration and recruitment coordination, including comfort with LinkedIn sourcing and reference checking. You are confident working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities effectively, and take initiative to solve problems.
