No problem – we’ll support you in obtaining your real estate certification. Who we’re looking for? Current QLD real estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain (with our support). Proven experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-site portfolios. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent organisational and administrative ability to manage high-volume tasks and deadlines. Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency. The role Join Knight Frank’s national retail team as a Retail Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations, presentation, and tenant engagement across approximately four centres and 120 tenants, ensuring smooth trading and a great experience for retailers and customers, this role will be based primarily at Lutwyche with the expectation to travel. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of daily retail and tenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and presentation standards. Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships. Coordinate lease administration, compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records. Support marketing initiatives, retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance. Partner with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
