THE ROLE Responsibilities Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator to join our Karratha workshop team. Working Monday to Friday with the potential for an 8/6 roster, as a Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator you will be responsible for: Ensuring a safe workplace is maintained and personnel are trained/competent Working with our Planning Department to mobilise and demobilise tooling & equipment to site Providing transport of our FIFO employees Raising and closing of work orders Answering telephone, emails and responding to enquiries from internal and external sources Ensuring all maintenance on equipment is up to date Stocktakes of consumables and maintenance of all records & logs Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries ABOUT YOU To Be Considered You Will Hold The Following A current Australian Drivers Licence Forklift ticket – desirable or willing to obtain Solid understanding of how a workshop depot functions Experience in using inventory systems (ERP and Apple IOS iPads) Enjoy working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment Intermediate MS Office skills Australian work rights Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screens Be a Karratha resident IN RETURN Competitive remuneration with a fortnightly pay cycle Career development.
