About you: In your new role you will * Coordinate and oversee the administrative and business support activities of the Mental Health, Alcohol, and Other Drugs Service. * Contribute to the development of the team through participation in quality activities, service planning, monitoring, review and evaluation. * Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and staff, ensuring a high standard of service is provided when answering client enquiries. About your opportunity: In this position you will * Process referrals and schedule appointments for the different components of team service. * Identify requirements for improvement in administrative systems, procedures and strategies. * Manage and monitor the quality of manual and electronic patient information and financial systems ensuring that data and information is up to date and accurate.
