Your new role: As the Ward Administration Officer, you'll be the central coordination point for ward-based administrative services, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality front-line support. You'll work closely with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate safe, efficient service delivery across the hospital. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary reception contact on the ward, managing incoming calls and visitor enquiries with professionalism and care * Accurately transfer messages and information to support patients and staff * Conduct patient interviews and complete the Patient Election Form (PEF) process * Coordinate patient admissions, discharges and transfers, ensuring all documentation and system updates are completed in a timely manner Shift Requirement: Monday - Friday | 3:30pm - 7:30pm About you: You understand that in healthcare, how we do things is just as important as what we do.
