About the role: * Undertake holistic mental health assessments considering complex psychosocial factors. * Liaise with families, carers, and justice agencies to facilitate continuity of care. * Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives. About you: * You hold a degree in Social Work and are eligible for membership with the AASW. * You are dedicated to honesty, integrity, and respect for patients and carers. * You possess well-developed oral and written communication skills for report writing.
