Your new role: This role provides essential administrative and reception support to Child and Youth Mental Health Services, ensuring efficient service delivery and a welcoming experience for staff, consumers and visitors. * Act as a first point of contact, responding to enquiries and providing accurate information and assistance in a busy community health setting * Deliver intermediate-level administrative and secretarial support, including data entry, records management, correspondence, diary management and meeting coordination * Ensure timely, accurate documentation and data collection in line with legislative requirements, including Mental Health Act 2016 processes * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety and respectful service delivery About you: You are a capable and compassionate administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in supporting quality health care services. * Demonstrated experience in reception and administration, with strong keyboard, word processing and spreadsheet skills * Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team supporting children, young people and families * Highly organised, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the professionalism, discretion and cultural sensitivity required to work across diverse communities and stakeholder groups Check out our quick tips and application essentials!
