Job Description Meeting and greeting Patients and Consultants Supporting the day-to-day delivery of appointments Responding to and actioning the day-to-day general administrative, scheduling, and booking queries via phone, inbox and online booking system Utilizing custom software program to support the delivery of services Provide general office management support Working with the Customer Relationship Manager to respond to specific Customer requests Supporting additional service delivery tasks as required including, invoicing, file preparation, and other administrative tasks as required Engagement with Customers, Consultants and Colleagues to ensure outstanding service delivery
