This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds—supporting our valued trade customers at the trade centre desk while also assisting with hands-on warehouse operations including pick and pack, dispatch and general stock management. Our Trade Centres operate differently to our retail stores, providing delivery and pick‑up solutions for key building materials, including bulk quantities delivered directly to job sites. You’ll work closely with our customer service team, account managers, warehouses and customers to ensure orders are processed for delivery and collection, playing an important role in keeping our trade customers supplied with what they need, when they need it. This is a full-time role and flexibility to work Monday to Friday between 6am-5pm is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers What’s involved Support customer enquiries both in person and over the phone Assist with processing orders and managing customer deliveries Provide friendly, helpful and efficient service to trade customers Pick and pack customer orders safely and accurately Loading and unloading products safely, including using forklifts or machinery (if licensed) Replenishing stock and maintaining accurate inventory records Working as part of a close‑knit team to deliver a safe and efficient Trade Centre operation Who we’re looking for You’re someone who enjoys working in a hands‑on environment and takes pride in helping customers get what they need to keep their projects moving. You’re comfortable switching between customer service tasks and physical warehouse duties, and you bring a positive, team‑focused attitude to everything you do.
