This is an opportunity to join a respected Australian firm with an established east coast presence, supporting a leading Real Estate and Construction group across both front end and back end matters. You will be supporting two Partners and a wider team of lawyers on a mix of transactional and project-based work, with exposure to sophisticated commercial clients and major developments. Your day to day responsibilities will include: Proactive diary and inbox management Drafting, amending and formatting agreements, leases and construction documents Managing large transactional documents and annexures Conducting property searches via InfoTrack and GlobalX Opening and closing files, conflict checks and matter management Monthly billing and client reporting Liaising with clients, finance and external stakeholders Managing electronic files within iManage including version control Coordinating execution, registration and stamping of documents Assisting with trust transactions and payments where required Do you have the following skillset? Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant within a law firm Exposure to Real Estate and/or Construction (front end or back end) Strong document formatting and technical skills (MS Office & Adobe) Experience with practice and document management systems (e.g. iManage) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities High attention to detail and strong communication skills Professional, proactive and able to work autonomously and within a team If you are looking to align yourself with a quality-driven firm known for its strong client relationships and collaborative culture, this role offers both stability and progression.
