About the Role As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation of all warehouse activities — from goods inwards and stock management through to dispatch and quality control. You’ll coordinate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency are maintained to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Leading, training, and supervising warehouse staff. Managing stock and inventory accuracy through a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Liaising with internal stakeholders such as Sales Support and Production to align priorities. Running regular stocktakes, maintaining equipment service records, and ensuring safety standards are met. Coordinating freight logistics and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders. Promoting continuous improvement and adherence to quality systems. About You Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role. Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality systems. Hands-on leadership approach with proven ability to motivate and develop a small team. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Current forklift licence (essential).
