My client, a leader in the SaaS space, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project to join them for an initial 6 month daily rate contract, with the view for long term extension (June 2027 minimum). The Senior Project Manager will focus on leading the end-to-end implementation of a single, unified telephony solution across various markets (ANZ, APAC) to support the Sales & Service teams. The role requires extensive experience in telephony programs (including cloud-based) and omni channel expertise. Salesforce Service Cloud experience is highly desirable.
