About the role: We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant in Nursing with Surgical Ward experience to join our clinical team on a casual basis. Monday to Friday flexible roster. Duties and responsibilities: This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes. Support the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care Assist with admissions and prep patients for surgery Ensure patient safety and communication with surgical team is always a key focus Assist patients with general requests and mobility Participate in quality improvement activities to lift the efficiency of the hospital About You: You have a genuine passion for nursing, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare.
