Join a high-performing maintenance team and play a key role in keeping our mobile plant fleet operating at its best. We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Mobile Plant Maintenance Administrator to support our workshop operations and ensure our equipment stays safe, compliant, and ready for work. About the Role Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in mobile plant, mining, construction, or heavy equipment environments. Key Responsibilities Create, issue, and update maintenance work orders in the CMMS. Assist with scheduling servicing, repairs, inspections, and breakdowns. Maintain accurate equipment records, service histories, and compliance documents. Communicate with workshop teams, operators, and suppliers to support maintenance activities. Process purchase requests for parts, consumables, and external services. Monitor maintenance KPIs, downtime, backlog, and reporting requirements. Provide daily administrative support to the maintenance and workshop teams. What We’re Looking For Experience in a maintenance administration, workshop coordination, or similar role. Understanding of mobile plant or heavy equipment (mining, civil, or construction). Strong computer skills, including CMMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Pronto, MEX, or JDE. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident communicator capable of working with trades, operators, and suppliers. Qualifications & Requirements Certificate in Business Administration, Maintenance Planning, or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in a mobile plant or heavy equipment environment is highly advantageous. Strong safety focus and commitment to compliance. What We Offer Competitive salary and job security.
