As Project Sales Delivery Manager (South Region), you’ll play a critical role in taking new developments from launch through to sell-out, ensuring projects are set up for commercial success from day one. This role sits at the centre of that ambition, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Development and Operations to deliver successful project outcomes across Victoria and South Australia. The role Reporting to the Head of Project Sales, this role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of new projects to market, supporting ongoing sales and settlements through to project completion. You’ll act as the key connector between teams, ensuring the right tools, information and support are in place to drive strong sales performance, price realisation and customer experience. What you’ll be doing Lead project readiness from launch through to sell-out and settlement Partner with Marketing, Development, Operations and Sales teams to deliver projects. Support revenue, settlements and approved financial outcomes Build trusted relationships with the Project Management Group (PMG) Ensure sales tools, processes and customer journeys are effectively executed Monitor performance and proactively address risks or barriers to delivery What you’ll bring 5 years’ experience in property sales, development or project marketing Proven experience bringing new projects to market Strong commercial acumen and understanding of development financial drivers Confidence working across construction, architectural and sales environments Highly organised with strong CRM capability (Salesforce preferred) A results-driven mindset with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. Experience in retirement living, land lease or residential project marketing is highly regarded. Why join Levande?
