This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on relationship building, driving sales across MICE, Corporate, Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, Golf, and F&B . You’ll be shaping the commercial success of two unique destinations while working in one of Australia’s most sought-after regions. Your Impact Lead and implement annual sales strategies alongside the Cluster GM Manage key accounts and market segments end-to-end Mentor and develop a dynamic sales and conference team Build strong industry connections that drive repeat and long-term business Represent both properties within the tourism and hospitality sector Analyse sales data and market trends to inform growth strategies Partner with Commercial Sales to maximise visibility and revenue
