You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounts and administrative functions of the business, working closely with the team to ensure invoices, reconciliations, and incoming enquiries are managed accurately and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accounts professional who enjoys a steady-paced role, is confident on the phone, and is looking for a part-time position with scope to grow and evolve over time. What you will be doing? Accounts administration including reconciliations and basic reporting. Sending invoices and managing incoming and outgoing accounts. Following up outstanding invoices and chasing payments. Answering incoming calls and confidently directing enquiries. Using MYOB for accounts processing and record keeping. Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as the role evolves. What do you bring? Previous experience in accounts or accounts administration. Proficient in MYOB. Confident, professional phone manner. Comfortable chasing outstanding accounts. Organised, reliable, and able to work autonomously. Happy working in a small team environment. What’s On Offer?
