The Role: You will be responsible for providing administration support to the Human Resources and Employee Services teams ensuring all administrative needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include, and not limited to: Produce documents, letters, report and presentations Assist in making appointments, preparing facilities, meeting agendas and meeting records Maintain HR administration systems Support the coordination of onboarding of new employees Arrange police checks and pre-employment medicals Maintain confidentiality of all employee details Support the team with any projects as required About YOU!
