As a Painter at F.J.C Design & Construction, you will be responsible for supporting painting services from surface preparation to final paint finishes. Responsibilities and Tasks: - Perform painting tasks across residential and commercial properties in accordance with safety and environmental procedures. - Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain service standards. - Maintain tools and painting equipment, ensuring readiness and proper care. - Assess and recommend suitable paint types and finishes based on client needs and environmental factors. - Mix and apply paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to achieve high-quality finishes. - Set up work areas using ladders, drop sheets, and protective materials to ensure clean and safe painting environments. - Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and removing existing coatings. - Interpret job specifications, drawings, and client instructions to determine surface conditions and scope of painting work.
