Immediate Start Clean workshop Are you a skilled Auto Electrician with a background in buses or heavy vehicles ? Join a leading and well-established transport services company in Brisbane, where your expertise will help keep critical fleets on the road. The Role: We are seeking a Qualified Auto Electrician with proven experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical systems of buses, trucks, or other heavy vehicles to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment . This is a hands-on role in a supportive team environment, with opportunities for career growth and further training. Y ou will be required to have a flexible approach, be extremely organised and employ good time management skills, along with a strong safety focus. Key Responsibilities: Install, diagnose and repair electrical faults in buses and heavy vehicles Install and maintain wiring systems, lighting, and electronic control units (ECUs) Conduct inspections, preventative maintenance, and compliance checks Work collaboratively with workshop staff to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate job records and adhere to safety standards Accurate data entry and processing of paperwork Some medium to heavy lifting required About you: Trade qualification as an Auto Electrician (Certificate III or equivalent) Experience with buses, coaches, or heavy vehicles essential Sound knowledge of modern diagnostic tools and software Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Current driver’s licence (HR licence highly regarded) Ability to work independently and as part of a team On Offer: The opportunity to build on your current skills and open further doors in the manufacturing industry.
