This role is ideal for people who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and delivering great service over the phone. No insurance experience is required — full training and ongoing support are provided from day one. Position Overview Location: Level GD 109 Neil St Toowoomba Qld 4350 Role Type: Permanent Full-Time Start Date: Wednesday, 11 March 2026 Salary: $62,000 12% Super Performance-Based Incentives About the Role You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable support via inbound calls. Your focus will be on service, problem-solving, and building confidence with customers, with opportunities to learn insurance fundamentals over time. Shift Pattern This role is a full-time role offering: Option 1: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday Start window: 8:00am – 10:00am Option 2: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday Start window: 10:00am – 11:00am Please note: ‘Start window’ means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.
