Leading ASX Services’ business requires a Senior Instructional Designer (Lean Practitioner) for a fixed term 16 month term engagement to be based either in Bris, Syd or Melb. As a Senior Instructional Designer with strong Lean Practitioner capability, you will play a critical role in a major transformation program. This is a two-phase role embedded in a complex, enterprise-scale environment, supporting the uplift of a work order management system and driving real, measurable operational improvement. On a daily basis you will: Design and develop learning and enablement materials for new work order processes Support rollout of the uplifted work order management system Simplify complex, legacy processes into clear, usable workflows Enable administrators and operational teams through structured, fit-for-purpose learning solutions Embed new work order processes across the business Apply Lean / Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and inefficiency Reduce reliance on manual administration and legacy work practices Drive continuous improvement across multiple contracts and sites Partner with project leadership to realise and measure benefits To succeed in this role you will: Extensive experience as an Instructional Designer on large transformation programs. Strong Lean / Lean Six Sigma background (certification highly regarded). Hands-on experience with work order management systems and operational processes. Experience in large, complex, multi-contract environments. Infrastructure, facilities management, defence, housing or government experience strongly preferred. Ability to move from design, embed, improve (not just document and walk away). A hybrid work environment consisting of 3 days in the office, 2 days from home, is on offer.
