In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support and deliver outstanding customer service to patients, clinicians, and stakeholders. Working closely with doctors, nurses, and fellow administrative staff, your key responsibilities will include: Booking patients for theatre and managing pre-admissions Admitting and discharging patients Booking hospital procedures and consultations Managing patient data and correspondence Invoicing and receipting of consultations Providing clear explanations regarding procedures and admissions Managing financial eligibility and health fund approvals Preparing surgery and consultation quotations Medical records administration Experience with Fydo will be highly regarded To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar hospital or medical administration position. You will demonstrate strong time management skills, the ability to multitask, and confidence in managing your own workload.
