Key Responsibilities High-Reach Operation: Safely navigating narrow aisles and lifting pallets to high racking levels. Loading/Unloading: Operating forklifts to receive inventory and load trucks for dispatch. Order Picking: Assisting in picking, wrapping, and preparing orders for shipment. Safety & Maintenance: Conducting pre-operational safety checks, adhering to OHS/WHS regulations, and maintaining a clean work environment. Requirements Valid High Risk Work License for Forklift (LF). Proven experience in operating high-reach forklifts, often in narrow aisle, high-bay environments. Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy. Physical fitness for manual handling tasks. Experience with WMS or RF scanners. Common Working Conditions Full Time Hours may be overtime on occasions Fast-paced, sometimes cold storage environments.
