Description The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with rotating weekly shifts. Early shift: 6:54am – 3:00pm Late shift: 9:30am – 5:36pm Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive reception team, working closely with our technical staff in a fast-paced clinical environment where no two days are the same. Our team is known for being welcoming, collaborative, and highly engaged. This role also involves close collaboration with private hospital staff, with whom we maintain an excellent professional relationship. You will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and experience in medical interventional procedures unique to our clinic. Key Responsibilities: Front-desk reception duties in line with clinic operations In-patient bookings Hospital and Medicare billing Managing Complex appointment bookings Ongoing communication with internal referring specialists and hospital staff (in person and via phone) What we're looking for: ✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills. ✅ Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow. ✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems. ✅ A background in customer service.
