The Role We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer to support all our internal branches across Queensland. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing orders, monitoring lead times, and ensuring smooth communication between branches and production teams. You will also: Raise, track, and manage orders to ensure timely delivery Communicate with internal teams regarding lead times, order progress, and overdue items Maintain accurate order records and generate reports for branch management Collaborate with production and logistics to resolve order-related issues Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team About You You are a detail-oriented customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating processes across multiple teams.
