What you will be doing… In this busy role, you will provide high quality of administrative support to a team of solicitors. Drafting correspondence and other documents with exceptional attention to grammar and detail, ready for review by solicitors. Preparing briefs for counsel, including reviewing, collating, printing, binding, and labelling. Managing schedules and arranging appointments for professional staff as required. Completing bi-monthly file reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy. Liaising with clients on administrative matters as directed. Providing a friendly and confident first point of contact for enquiries. To be Successful… 2–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment. High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong sense of confidentiality and discretion at all times. A proactive, customer-service focused approach, delivering extraordinary service both internally and externally.
