About the role As a Social Work Clinical Educator at RBWH, you will lead high‑quality clinical education programs, mentor emerging practitioners, and support a skilled and confident Social Work workforce across diverse clinical practice areas. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Provide clinical education leadership and support to Social Work and Welfare workforce, new workers and students within the allocated HHSs. * Demonstrate a high level of clinical knowledge and skill as recognised by clinical experience, professional development activities, post graduate education or formal qualifications * Regularly engage in professional clinical education supervision with the RBWH Director of Social Work and participate, as necessary, at local and state-wide forums and meetings. * Engage with internal and external stakeholders to effectively support pre-entry student placements and to collaborate in educational initiatives and evaluations.
