What you'll do * Provide a high-level secretariat function to multiple statewide Digital Health committees and boards, chaired by members of the branch leadership team to ensure matters are discussed, actioned and managed appropriately. * Collate and disseminate agendas, minutes, actions, papers and communiques to relevant committee members, following stringent internal quality assurance and review processes. * Work collaboratively with the branch executive team, and the Digital Health branch office team to develop, maintain and implement improvements to governance and reporting processes and ensuring conformance with business timelines and due dates. * Collate reports for the executives and line managers regarding the operational performance data for their business unit * Coordinate staff responses to cyclic reporting requests, submissions, presentations, and regular information requests by providing support and guidance as required, in line with department policies and frameworks, and within required timeframes and deadlines. * Provide executive support to members of the branch leadership team, which may include diary, email and correspondence management * Coordinate and support branch cultural improvement activities to assist in the achievement of branch and organisational objectives. * Organisation and coordination of the administrative support function for the Digital Health Branch by providing essential goods and services as required. * Work under limited supervision, using a high level of initiative to resolve issues About you We are searching for someone who has: * Demonstrated ability to support the administrative functioning of a large-scale office * Demonstrated high-level organisational skills and attention to detail * Advanced skills in a range of systems, including office packages (e.g. Word/Excel) and email systems * High level written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with a wide variety of clientele, such as senior executives, managers and staff at all levels on a range of branch issues * Knowledge of or ability to acquire knowledge and commitment to Queensland Health's core values of caring for people, leadership, respect and integrity * Ability to work under minimal direction and to manage competing priorities in order to meet.
