Your position contributes to the preparation of reports, submissions, and correspondence, and supports the coordination of meetings, workshops, and events through scheduling, preparation of agendas, minute taking, and distribution of related materials. We're looking for someone with: * Relevant knowledge and practical skills to support the delivery of business and administrative functions, including records and data management, processing of administrative and financial transactions, coordination of meetings, and preparation of documentation and reports. * Demonstrated ability to deliver routine and moderately complex administrative activities under general supervision and as part of a team. * Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication. * Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive team environment.
