Customer Service Officer Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm OR 9.00am to 5.00pm Employment Type: Casual contract until May 2026 Duties & responsibilities Answering and directing incoming phone calls Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes Booking scheduled services Dispute resolution Updating services with new information (PO’s, Access requirements etc.) Data entry Skills & experience Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Essential) Previous call centre experience including CRM or Salesforce (Desirable) Good work ethic Commitment to safety Self-motivated Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team High attention to detail Benefits Weekly pay advantage Competitive hourly rates Monday to Friday roster, with flexible shifts - choose 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm.
