Your role at St John of God Langmore Centre You will be responsible for the administration duties associated with Patient Services and Community Services which also includes Reception and Switchboard. Ensure a safe environment is maintained at all times for patients, visitors, doctors and caregivers. The Position Working knowledge and experience using (Patient Administration System- IBA WebPas) an advantage. Advanced skills and knowledge with a range of computer packages, particularly the Microsoft Office suite with a good level of attention to detail and accuracy. PAS- Update and maintain patient admission system IBA WebPas. Rostering to work on front reception handling customer / patient enquiries either via phone or face to face including answering phone calls via main switchboard. Always be courteous and friendly to customers- patients, caregivers, visitors and doctors. Maintain Patient confidentiality at all times. Promote a harmonious intra and inter departmental environment at all times. Ability to work autonomously, and with minimal supervision. You will have demonstrated experience using the Patient Administration System (iBA WebPAS) and advanced skills across a range of computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. To succeed in this role, you will need to be available to work a range of shifts between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
