Your role ensures all digital interfaces are accessible, intuitive and meet audience needs while complying with Victorian Government digital standards. Your role will be responsible for establishing design principles and practices, and to guide internal teams to improve usability, streamline navigation and enhance the overall digital customer experience. About Us The Communications and Engagement Directorate is Parks Victoria's hub for media, communications, engagement, and customer service, ensuring consistent and effective approaches that highlight the organisation's positive impact. It manages brand strategy, communications protocols, media enquiries, and customer interactions, while building tools, policies, and procedures that strengthen capability across the organisation. We're looking for someone with: * Demonstrated experience in UX design, service design or digital product development, preferably within government settings. * Tertiary qualification in design, human-computer interaction or related field. * Strong understanding of UX methodologies, accessibility and digital design standards. * Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or equivalent. * Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable designs.
