Due to growth, we have a brand-new opportunity for an Events Administrator to join our Marketing, Events & Communications team in Sydney on a permanent part-time basis working 3 days a week. About the role and the team Our dynamic Marketing & Events team help bring our brand to life through memorable client experiences. Supporting the Senior Marketing & Events Coordinator you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality events—from seminars and webinars to social functions and conferences—while ensuring everything aligns with our brand and values. Key responsibilities include: Manage the firm’s event schedule and maintain the events calendar. Coordinate logistics including venue research aligned with event requirements and budget, venue bookings, catering, AV needs, invitations, and post-event reporting. Track and report on event performance metrics and enhance event quality by streamlining and improving processes. Support marketing and communications initiatives, including general administrative tasks. This is a part-time role working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We are open to applicants who are at the beginning of their events career and are keen to learn, or someone looking to step back a little while still making a meaningful impact. The role is perfect for someone who’s organised, proactive and passionate about creating great client experiences. About you Organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering standout event experiences with strong planning and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Confident managing multiple events with composure and efficiency and any experience in supplier coordination, budget management, and negotiation are ideal. Prior events experience in professional services is highly regarded.
