Your next career opportunity: As the Partner Scholarships Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and administering prestigious scholarship programmes like the Rhodes, Fulbright, and Westpac Future Leaders Scholarships. You will manage enquiries, provide exceptional service to students, staff, and external stakeholders, and contribute to strategic scholarship activities and projects, ensuring impactful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate Scholarship Programmes: Manage applications, enquiries, and selection processes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with operational plans. Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with University colleagues and external partners to promote scholarship opportunities and maximise engagement. Support Team Projects: Propose and implement process improvements to enhance business activities and meet strategic demands. Foster a Positive Work Environment: Collaborate to achieve service standards, contributing to innovation, teamwork, and job satisfaction. You may be a great fit if: You will excel in providing high-quality service and managing multiple demands, using your communication skills and stakeholder engagement expertise to drive scholarship programme success. You may also: Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience and education/training. Possess strong customer service skills, anticipating needs and exercising discretion. Be adept at managing multiple demands and using metrics to ensure accurate outcomes. Excel in building productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
