What you'll do This is a hands on, high-impact role where you'll: Champion engineering excellence, resilient systems, automated processes and practice uplift across teams. Contribute to technical design. Develop solutions to complex technical problems across large-scale systems. Collaborate in agile ceremonies, retros, and engineering community events. Continuously learn through hackathons, knowledge-sharing sessions, and our onboarding academy. Share your expertise and collaborate with product teams. What we're looking for We're after site reliability engineers who: Can demonstrate significant experience in site reliability engineering and automation, ensuring high availability. Are full stack developers with experience in modern languages like Kotlin, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Angular, Node), Golang. Have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerised infrastructure. Embrace XP practices and are open to learning and contributing to a strong engineering culture. Communicate well, enjoy working in and with product teams, and care about the customer experience. Bring strong problem-solving ability.
