Job Description What you'd be doing in this role As Canva’s most used doctype, Presentations is at the heart of our product experience — and we’re doubling down. With over 100 million monthly active users and bold ambitions to make Presentations the hero journey for AI-first editing, we’re looking for a senior engineering leader to help us scale this product to new heights. At the moment, this role is focused on: • Leading the growth of our Presentations engineering team into multiple squads, spanning frontend and machine learning specialties • Driving velocity, quality, and delivery across complex, cross-functional work streams • Partnering with product and design to shape the roadmap and set a bold vision for AI-powered, interactive presentation tools • Building an inclusive, high-performing culture where engineers can thrive and do the best work of their lives • Championing engineering excellence and investing in scalable architecture, evergreen services, and sustainable delivery practices • Connecting short-term execution to long-term strategy — balancing quick wins with foundational bets You're probably a match if: You’re a product-minded engineering leader who deeply values user experience and has a strong track record of delivering intuitive, impactful products.
