As an integral part of the Digital Workplace Team, we have a 12-month fixed term role for a Digital Workplace Platforms Engineer to join us. You’ll be responsible for provisioning the following services, these services define the Digital Workplace Platforms. Microsoft 365 – Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure etc. Intranet/Engagement Solutions – SharePoint Online, WorkVivo All Office 365 Services Messaging Services Microsoft Power Platform Vulnerability & Patch Management Scope of operations is for Bupa Australia business units including Health Insurance and functional units, Aged Care, and Health Services businesses. Utilising current and future Microsoft technologies to provide Digital Workplace Platforms Services. This role will be responsible for delivering, supporting and driving new ways of working by providing Digital Workplace Platforms services at Bupa. In addition, this role will work closely with the wider Digital Workplace team to define and deliver the end-to-end colleague experience. Requirements / Experience for the role: Technical Experience Minimum 2 years of experience supporting at least 3 of the following Active Directory/Azure Identity Management Exchange 2016/2019/Online SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams Office 365 Suite and OneDrive Power Platform Extended SharePoint administration and consultancy experience required. Familiarity with SharePoint migration projects, SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online, File Migrations from on-premises to SharePoint Online highly advantageous. Qualifications and Training Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or related business discipline or equivalent industry experience Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills required Strong influencing and collaboration skills required Very strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels Demonstrated ability to work within various team structures to deliver business outcomes Ability to think strategically and innovatively and interpret insights into actions What’s in it for you?
