Role: Data Engineer - Databricks & Fabric Salary: $160K - $180K Package Contract Length: 12-month FTC Location: Remote in Australia We are partnering with a large, complex enterprise undergoing a major transformation of its cloud data and analytics platform. This program is focused on building a modern, secure and automated environment across Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to support compliance, network performance and enterprise reporting. This is a hands-on role for a Data Engineer who enjoys designing, building and automating data platforms at scale. Key Responsibilities Designing and building data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric Implementing CI/CD pipelines for data and analytics workloads Automating build, test, deployment and rollback processes Enabling secure, role-based access and enterprise identity integration Producing Power BI-ready datasets to support regulatory and operational reporting Integrating AI-assisted code review into development workflows Creating technical documentation and supporting team enablement About You Strong experience with Azure Databricks Experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern Azure data platforms CI/CD for data pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar) Solid SQL and data modelling skills Experience working with Power BI datasets or analytics platforms Understanding of DevOps, Git and environment management If this sounds like you APPLY today!
