Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in the financial and contractual success of our projects from procurement through to close-out. This is an opportunity to bring your commercial acumen, attention to detail, and proactive mindset to a high-performing team that values integrity, innovation, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Support the Commercial and Project Managers in protecting and enhancing project commercial performance Manage subcontractor accounts, payment claims, variations, and contract administration in line with company policies Prepare and submit accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts, and progress claims Maintain registers of variations, EOTs, and notifications Support the wider commercial team through timely, accurate advice and collaboration About You You’ll be a capable and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator (or Quantity Surveyor) with: Solid understanding of subcontract principles and procurement processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial reporting tools Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar About Us McConnell Dowell - Creative Construction Our purpose is Providing a Better Life.
