You’ll provide high-level network engineering and operational support within a large, complex ICT environment. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, support, and optimise enterprise network infrastructure Provide advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution Analyse network issues and trends, recommending best-practice solutions Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet SLAs Maintain technical documentation and service performance reporting Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards Participate in out-of-hours work for critical changes as required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Cisco enterprise networks (datacentre, metro, regional) MPLS, fibre, wireless, and structured cabling environments Network monitoring tools such as Statseeker, SolarWinds, EasyIP, Cisco ISE, Catalyst Centre Excellent fault-finding skills in complex environments Class C manual driver’s licence Desirable QoS and Network Access Control (NAC) ITIL-based service environments Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP or higher) Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
