My client, a globally recognised premium consumer goods brand, is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Support Administrator to join their Melbourne-based team. This is a varied, hands-on role covering executive support, office administration, and on-site coordination within a highly design-led and operational environment. The role will suit someone proactive, organised, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. They operates within a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, and this role plays a key part in keeping both leadership and the wider office running smoothly. The benefits: · 12 month day rate contract with strong possibility for extension · ASAP start · Supportive culture with focus on training & development · Access Contractor Benefits Program: Enjoy discounts at hundreds of retail outlets, department stores, activities, novated lease, travel and restaurants nationwide · Get gym membership discounts with our partners · Enjoy Health Insurance discounts off all NIB retail health insurance products · Access EAP for wellbeing and mental health support The role: · Provide end-to-end executive assistant support including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and supporting presentations · Manage diaries, inboxes, travel bookings, flights, accommodation, and expenses in a proactive manner · Reception coverage one day per week, acting as the first point of contact for visitors · Manage the door for the Lab, including receiving deliveries, dispatches, and checking documentation and IDs · Scan, record, and track products coming into the lab · Support the wider lab team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks · Assist with Microsoft Office support, including Excel spreadsheets and Word documentation · Coordinate office supplies, facilities requests, and general administrative support The requirements: · Experience in FMCG/Retail or a fast-paced environment · Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Office Administrator · Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle varied responsibilities · High level of attention to detail and discretion when supporting senior stakeholders · Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset · Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational environment · Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word · Ability to work independently and anticipate needs If you have the right skillset, please get in contact with Lainey or send me your resume to [email protected] SCR-lainey-macdonald-1
