Your new role: As a Medical Records Administration Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting patient care by ensuring accurate, timely and secure management of confidential medical records within a busy hospital environment. You will: * Prioritise, create, retrieve and electronically track patient medical records to support clinical and business units across the hospital. * Maintain and care for medical records, including scanning processes and system-based record management. * Support internal stakeholders by providing assistance with electronic medical record systems and responding to record-related enquiries. * Contribute to patient flow and continuity of care by ensuring required records and information are available when and where needed. About you: You are a detail-oriented and reliable administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and understands the importance of confidentiality and accuracy in healthcare. To be successful you: * Demonstrate strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining accurate, high-quality records. * Are confident using computerised systems and office applications, and can quickly learn new information systems. * Communicate clearly and professionally, delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. * Can effectively prioritise competing tasks, work well within a team, and take responsibility for your workload with minimal supervision.
