As a Senior Business Support Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our QLD Business Support Team, reporting directly to the Business Support Manager. Based in our modern Brisbane office, you’ll be part of a national network of administration professionals who thrive on collaboration and excellence. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in supporting engineers, scientists, and consultants across the country, helping deliver projects that make a real difference What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to person for smooth operations, ensuring our teams can focus on delivering outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include: Providing dedicated administration support to the business Producing polished, professional documents that meet deadlines and exceed expectations Proofreading and reviewing non-technical documents for accuracy and compliance Assisting with tender preparation, including certificates, insurances, CVs, and client reports Coordinating and contributing to group meetings (minutes, actions, follow-ups) Managing credit card reconciliations, timesheets, expenses, purchase orders, and invoices Supporting onboarding of new starters—arranging access, workstations, and welcome essentials Organising employee travel, medicals, inductions, and training courses Handling data entry tasks such as soil/rock logs in our system Championing a culture of quality, safety, collaboration, and respect About You We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in being the trusted support for both colleagues and clients.
