Your new role: As an Administration Support Officer within Executive Services, you will provide high-level administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Administration team. You will be a key point of contact for enquiries and play an important role in coordinating information and office operations within the hospital environment. This position is required to participate in the team roster working between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities include: * Providing general administration and secretarial support including data entry, document formatting, filing, mail handling and travel arrangements * Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person, and supporting diary and email management for senior staff * Coordinating meetings, interviews and training sessions, including agendas, minutes, catering and room bookings * Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and reports, monitoring office supplies and coordinating repairs and maintenance About you: You are a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You build strong working relationships, manage competing priorities with confidence and communicate clearly with a diverse range of stakeholders in a healthcare setting.
