Be part of building a public sector of excellence by working at the Public Sector Commission (PSC) in the Communications team. We are looking for an experienced graphic designer who also has skills in communications and marketing. Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include Lead and manage the brand: Take the reins in developing all branded materials and templates. Manage and implement brand guidelines to deliver a cohesive and professional identity. The ability to manage the organisation's Word templates will be highly regarded. Maintain high standards for visual and digital content: Ensure all projects align with Queensland Government Corporate Identity guidelines, visual and digital style standards, and accessibility requirements for people with disability. Strategic campaign design: Provide expertise, design and develop complementary campaign activation materials for both digital and traditional platforms, using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other relevant tools. Photography and video production would be a bonus. Email marketing: Design assets and provide content editing and advice for email marketing using Vision6, including stakeholder contact database management and distribution processes. Deliver internal communications: Oversee internal communication initiatives as required, including the coordination, content creation, editing, approvals and distribution of the fortnightly internal e-newsletter. Support the social media content strategy: Craft compelling copy, editing, produce creative visuals, and manage content calendars, posts and analytics to maximise impact.
